This policy explains what personal data the Villaggio restaurant ("we") collects on the website, in the Telegram bot and in the mini app, why we use it and how we protect it. By placing an order, booking a table or saving your profile you agree to the processing of your data as described here.

2. What data we process

• the name and phone number you give when ordering, booking or in your profile;
• the delivery address — if you order delivery;
• your date of birth — if you chose to add it to your profile;
• Telegram account data (id, name, username, language) — if you sign in with Telegram or use the bot;
• your order and booking history, bonuses earned and spent;
• technical data: cookies, the language and theme you chose, the marketing link you arrived with, anonymous visit statistics.

3. Why we use it

• to accept, prepare and hand over your order, to confirm or change a booking;
• to contact you about an order or a booking;
• to run your account and the loyalty programme;
• to tell you about the status of an order or booking and, if you allowed the bot to message you, about the restaurant's news and offers;
• to improve the website and the menu using anonymous statistics.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties, except when it is needed to fulfil an order (for example, a courier is given the name, phone number and address) or required by law. Messages are delivered through Telegram. Web analytics services may be used for visit statistics — they receive anonymous data only.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on a protected server and is available only to the staff who need it for their work. We keep it for as long as it is needed for the purposes in section 3, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it in your account, withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data. To stop receiving messages from the bot, stop or block it in Telegram. To make a request, contact us by the phone number or email in the "Contacts" section of the website.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and the date it was updated are always shown on this page. When you order or book, we record the number of the version you agreed to.
